Great advice for spring exercise. (No problem for me since I work out year round) but------I would rather have all my teeth pulled without Novocaine, than exercise with those "songs."

Thanks for the post, Nikki. Where's the Ted Nugent? Honestly, to each their own, but your list is more of a group exercise offering. Would love to see some playlists from other Military.com writers as well as readers.
