I have 8 slots remaining for my Tactical Fitness Leadership (TFL) course in San Francisco, California on 02 October 2010. I have 10 slots remaining for the course in Nashville, Tennessee on 09 October 2010.  We are still offering the entire certificate course for a flat rate of $355 ( U.S. ).

What is included in the tactical fitness leadership course?

What is included in tactical fitness leadership one-​​day schedule?

0730 hours:

· 15 minutes – On-​​site check-​​in and registration
· 15 minutes – Introduction to Operation Fit to Fight (OPF2F)™

0800 hours:

· 05 minutes – Safety briefing
· 40-​​minutes – Tactical fitness session #1 on “Static Action Sports, pt. 1”
· 05-​​minutes – AAR
· 10 minutes – Break on site

0900 hours:

· 30 minutes – Presentation (theatrical staging) techniques
· 10 minutes – Use of safety and warning statements
· 10 minutes – ‘Cadence calling’ and ‘shout-​​backs’
· 10 minutes – Proper form and safety; posture and body composition corrections

1000 hours:

· 20 minutes – Circuit training, fitness games, obstacle courses, and fitness challenges
· 30 minutes – Partner-​​assisted exercises
· 10 minutes – Break on site

1100 hours:

· 05 minutes – Safety briefing
· 40 minutes – Tactical fitness session #2 on “Static Action Sports, pt. 2”
· 05 minutes – After Action Review (AAR)
· 10 minutes – Review Section One

1200 hours (noon):

· 60 minutes – Lunch break on-​​site

1300 hours:

· 60 minutes – Nutrition 101: Savory Survival Guide

1400 hours:

· 10-​​minutes – Physical activity readiness assessments (using the PAR-​​Q form)
· 20-​​minutes – Lesson plan development (using the Daily Exercise Log form)
· 10 minutes – Physical fitness test administration and tracking techniques
· 10 minutes – Tracking your team members (using the ‘President’s Challenge’ website or the Daily Exercise Log form)
· 10 minutes – Break on site

1500 hours:

· 05 minutes – Safety briefing
· 40 minutes – Tactical fitness session #3 on “Fixed Circuit Fitness Training”
· 05 minutes – After Action Review (AAR)
· 10 minutes – Break on site

1600 hours:

· 20 minutes – Program implementation
· 10 minutes – Goal setting; maximizing the fitness test
· 10 minutes – Review Sections One and Two
· 10 minutes – Course Feedback Questionnaire
· 10 minutes – Questions and Answers

What is included in the Fitness Field Kit (FITKIT)?

The FITKIT™ is an all-​​in-​​one fitness solution. Two resistance bands, one fitness improvement workout calendar, 20 exercises on weatherproof fitness cards and a drawstring backpack make for a ready-​​to-​​use fitness routine that is portable, durable and proven to increase fitness levels from beginners to experts.

The Operation Living Fit™ DVD trilogy utilizes highly effective physical training techniques practiced by the U.S. military. Complete with body resistance and tubing exercises uniquely arranged to target specific muscle groups, participants will burn over 500 calories in 40 minutes!  Led by Army Master Fitness Trainer, Ken Weichert, the program will lead participants through a series of heart-​​pounding military fitness exercises, cadence calls, and fierce kickboxing drills, all to upbeat music.

All three DVD fitness programs include (are not limited to) the following:

· Warm-​​up and Cool-​​down periods

· Military Physical Fitness Test (PFT) improvement drills

· Aerobic conditioning drills
