Eat This, Not That: What’s for Breakfast?

Mornings are hard enough without having to deal with what your taste-​​buds want to eat, vs what your body needs.

A recent study showed that breakfast sandwiches from fast food chains clog arteries after only two hours. My suggestion? Save your money and eat a healthy cereal with fresh berries, so you check off your fiber, calcium, protein and fruit servings all at once.
